Ya know, when ‘writer’ me is away…
Well, to sum it up in a nutshell… I was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, where we're mainly known for our chicken wings, football fans, and horrendous winters.
Which is weird, because I’ve never been a big fan of chicken wings, I couldn’t care less about football, and I *despise* winter. Like, why the hell am I here, right!? But for now I am. Living a cozy little life with my fiancé and our cat Peaches, and we’re making it through these dreaded winters.
But despite my complaints, if I'm being honest with ya, I’ve always been the type of person that’s content with the little things in life. I mean, toss me some soft baked double chocolate chip cookies, and throw on a good horror movie for me to get lost in (preferably one with a jaw dropping plot twist) and I'm more than satisfied!

I like to think that I’m the perfect mix between an extrovert and an introvert. I mean, I’m someone who loves getting wrapped up in a good conversation with like-minded people. Get me going and I’ll tend to chat away -leaving zero room for awkward silence-. Yet at the same time, I’m the type of person who will sign up for a live online workshop, only to watch the recording later on to spare myself from awkward interactions… or worrying the whole time if I have a dumb look on my face.

My biggest obsession (besides having 3 iced coffees before noon) are things that ‘smell good’… I know that probably sounds weird! But I am *obsessed* with smell good things. I’m talking candles, perfume, air fresheners, you name it. Everyone who knows me knows if we’re going on a T.J. Maxx trip together, I will be in the candle or perfume section until someone (usually my fiancé) gives me attitude and wants to leave. But he’s just a boy, he simply will never understand…

I know some of you might judge me for this, but I am indeed a cat person. Don't get your panties in a bunch though because I can hear the backlash already! I love dogs (I love all animals for that matter) but cats will always have a special place in my heart. Maybe it's because I'm a clean freak and obsessed with organization, or maybe it's because I love having a little fuzzy buddy cuddle on my chest while purring up a storm. I'm gonna go with both reasons!

My daily morning cold brew with lots of vanilla and espresso (a.k.a my creative juice).
All things dessert, because I have the biggest sweet tooth known to man and I simply can't live without cake or chocolate.
YouTube… because I probably watch more podcasts and videos on YouTube than I do TV shows or movies at this point in my life. It’s my favorite place to get entertainment and education. And I would be lost without it!

I'll always be a morning person! Morning is when I'm the most productive and clear headed. To me, nothing is better than waking up at 5am to make my coffee and jump on my laptop, while the world is still quite and peaceful (and nothing has annoyed me yet).

My favorite places would have to be first, Aruba… and second, Nashville. I'm in love with the beach… the smell of sunscreen, and a fat Piña Colada, ugh, can't get enough of it! And to this day Aruba is my favorite place to bask in the sun on the white sand, next to the beautiful, salty, aquamarine water.
Nashville on the other hand was just amazing in its own way, with amazing people and the overall cheerful energy. As country music plays through every bar, restaurant, etc., (and I’m not even a huge fan of country music, but in Nashville it just hits different)!

Now, I’m obsessed with movies and series in general. But as far as my favorite ‘zone out and lose brain cells’ show to watch… well, that’s ‘90 Day Fiance’ for the win. This show will never get old to me. And even though he’d never admit it, I got my fiancé hooked on it as well, which forever fills me with satisfaction. And lucky for me, there’s about a million different spin-off versions, so at this point, I’ll never run out!
Alright friend, next thing I want to share with you is the fact that:
I don’t want to be ‘that copywriter you once hired’… (ew).
You’re the hero of your story, on an important mission. I want to be your loyal sidekick and friend that helps you complete that mission.
Why do I care? Because… I hold a strong belief that life was made for much more than slaving away at a 9 to 5, just to make another person rich. I'm assuming since you're here though, you're the type of person who can relate to this. Am I right?
Listen, for me, breaking free from the claws of the corporate world was scary as hell (especially being an ADHD brained overthinker), but it was also the *best* decision I ever made. I knew from an early age that I didn't fit the mold. I've always been a creative at heart. To put it bluntly… the corporate world sucked the life out of me! And I know I’m not alone in that.
That’s why I’m so passionate about helping you achieve long-term success doing what you *actually* love!
Trust me friend... I know the struggle of just starting out… and it's hard!
It takes a lot of work, and involves really putting yourself out there… which can be nerve wracking…

If you wanna get technical, I’ve been writing since I was twelve. Hiding away in my bedroom after school in the early 2000s, typing story after story on my old, clunky Dell computer.
And while I haven’t become a best selling author (yet)… the second I discovered copywriting, I fell in love. Because at the end of the day it’s still storytelling, just with a purpose!
